IT Business Analyst for European Region

Within the Continental Europe Zone, ETO (Efficiency Technology and Operations) activities are covering IT, Operations and Transformation. Shared Service Center (SSC), in charge of managing all mutualized IT activities (Business applications, production monitoring, and project management) of served countries, is growing rapidly in Prague. In this context we are looking for a new colleague to join us as Business Analyst for European Region.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Analytical support for application development department for Central European region
  • Requirements gathering, analysis of requirements and solutions proposals
  • Application support (communicating and solving issues with users and rest of the application development team)
  • Participation on User Acceptance Test process
  • Possible project participation for Central European region even directly in countries (AT, SK, HU, RO, BG and FR)

 

 Our Requirements & Your Profile

  • Secondary or University Degree
  • Experience on similar role (1 year experience in analysis (requirement gathering, application support, etc.)
  • English on communicative level and Czech/Slovak spoken and written (on daily basis)
  • SQL basics (selects, joins); advanced SQL (MS SQL) & UML (general skills, Enterprise Architect) would be an advantage
  • Standard computer skills (MS Office)
  • IT Background, accounting basics knowledge as well as previous experience with SW development projects/in insurance business would be advantageous
