Digital Channel Expert for European Region

This role covers following activities

  • Develop and manage the digital distribution and communication channels across the Central Europe region
  • Assess the digital campaigns, communication and the current operating model in the region to propose and implement changes where necessary, for more efficient setup to achieve more demanding business objectives
  • Look for innovations, propose new ideas and solutions for digital distribution and communication
  • Prepare business plans and evaluate the impacts and feasibility
  • Define and setup proper governance among the countries and the region to support delivery of business objectives, enable best-practice sharing to increase digital channel and campaign efficiency
  • Drive the delivery of sales targets for digital channels in the matrix organization and together with the business partners
  • Setup and regularly deliver channel performance reporting across the region to track trends, plan achievements and key indicators. Represent the region towards head office or other Cardif's businesses for this area of expertise
  • Promote and execute tools or digital distribution and/or communication methods to analyze partners' customer base and design the digital channel accordingly
  • Support local teams in countries in their daily jobs, help them design successful digital campaigns and supervise these sales campaigns
  • Cooperate with partners to propose distribution opportunities, campaigns etc. Be in touch with external vendors



  • Proven successful track-record of digital and online expertize, min 3+ years
  • Independent and goal oriented personality, capable of managing complex tasks in multi-stream, multi-cultural and corporate environment.Able to define the goals and objectives, break it out into clear action plan and work it out "by own hands", not just an advisor approach
  • Capable to manage and motivate people, even without a direct hierarchical link
  • Creative, proposing new ideas, willing to challenge status quo, looking for solutions rather than excuses
  • Act with respect towards others
  • Respect company rules and act accordingly
  • Meet agreed deadlines
  • Be fair and open in communication
  • Fluent English spoken and written. Native/advanced knowledge of Czech language an advantage
  • University degree, high school acceptable for strong profile candidates
  • Based in Prague, CZ
