Campaign Manager for Central Europe

This role covers following activities

  • Full responsibility for management and performance delivery of the given distance-sales campaigns (telemarketing, service-2-sales, online, etc.)
  • Analyze partners' customer base, distribution model and interactions to identify best suitable touchpoints for insurance offer and distribution
  • Design and setup the campaigns accordingly and strive to enhance their results on ongoing basis
  • Continuously track the campaign performance, identify issues or improvements and implement the corrective actions
  • Setup and regularly deliver campaign performance reporting for assigned countries to track trends, plan achievements and key indicators. Prepare campaign plans and budget
  • Cooperate with external vendors for telemarketing or online solutions, where applicable. Setup cooperation rules, SLA's and appropriate controls
  • Contribute to developing the non-POS distribution channels for insurance, primarily telemarketing and online, within Central Europe region
  • Support local Key Account Management teams in their daily jobs and in the matrix organization jointly cooperate and support the achievement of the shared objectives per each partnership
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of the managed campaigns

 

Requirements

  • Proven successful track record of distribution expertize or campaign management for non-POS channels like telesales and online
  • Independent and goal oriented personality, capable of managing complex tasks in multi-stream, multi-cultural and corporate environment
  • Able to define the goals and objectives, break it out into clear action plan and work it out
  • Open to new ideas, willing to challenge status quo, looking for solutions rather than excuses
  • Act with respect towards others
  • Respect company rules and act accordingly. Meet agreed deadlines
  • Be fair and open in communication
  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and English language, spoken and written
  • University degree or high school
  • Based in the regional hub in Prague CZ
