Compliance Officer

Main activities

  • Contributes to the consistent transposition and deployment of policies and methodologies provided by Cardif domains
  • Contributes to the performance of compliance permanent control and follows up the concrete action plans
  • Contributes to the reporting activities regarding aggregated and individual compliance risks, specific issues and mitigation plans
  • Supports the compliance governance taking into account Cardif group requirements as well as local specifics and regulations
  • Provides support and guidance to the business teams
  • Ensures training and awareness of the business teams
  • Prevents conflicts of interest situations
  • Compliance Officer reports hierarchically to the Head of Compliance CZ & SK

 

Knowledeg and experience

  • General knowledge of applicable regulatory framework
  • Knowledge of local compliance issues and challenges
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Integrity and accuracy
  • Client focus
  • Ability to learn
  • University degree (ideally law or economics)
  • Approx. 2 years of relevant working experience
