Demand Manager for European Region

This role covers following activities

  • Ownership of demand process: demand collection, validation, prioritization, arbitrage and roadmap preparation
  • Participation and validation of the high level design of significant new functionality (alignment processes - architecture)
  • Capacity and risk management
  • Organizing and leadership of Community meetings (CEE SSC, function and countries sharing days)
  • Key contact for CEE Process committee and CEE project planning
  • Responsibility for CEE Change board organization: planning, evidence, roadmap proposal
  • Active participation in requirements definition
  • Budget / planning elaboration and follow up
  • Preparation of recurring and ad hoc reports (internal reports, reports for Head Office)

 

Requirements

  • Master Degree
  • Fluent in English language (other language from CEE region is an advantage)
  • IT Skills - understanding of basic architecture features, good command of Web tools (SQL queries is an advantage)
  • Advanced communication skills, including negotiation skills with strong client focus
  • Open mind-set and proven ability to influence and conduct change management
  • Analytical capacities combined with good understanding of business issues (finance, processes, etc.)
  • Advanced prioritizing, organisation and planning skills to deliver under a given time constraint
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
