IT Project Manager

This role covers following activities

  • Project management of entrsuted project delivering the solutions to countries inside of Continental Europe region.
  • Manages project on side of provider (Shared Service Center) as well as on side of the customer (local subsidiary).
  • Establish the budget, scope and time plans for in line with capability of provider (Shared Service Center) and local customer .
  • Controls the progress of the projects and provide regular updates to Steering Committee.
  • Manages the analysis and design phase of the project with local and regional specialists and ensures the coherence with strategy of the technology program.
  • Chairs regular Project Committie and organises project Steering Committee .
  • Orchestrate the delivery of the technical solution with delviery team.
  • Coordinate acceptance and testing phase.

 

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of experience in project management in medium or big size companies (complex stakeholders structure).
  • Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies for software project management.
  • Knowledge of traditional PM frameworks (PRINCE, PMP) considered as advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Information Systems & Technology related topics.
  • Experience in international environment.
  • Analytical and logical thinking and strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
  • Autonomous person with ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak language (other European language is an advantage).
